Handouts

Couldn’t attend all of the conference sessions that you wanted to? All sessions with handouts available will be posted on a password protected site after the event. Can-Fit-Pro 2008 conference delegates can access all session handouts for $10. Use your email address and Can-Fit-Pro membership ID to login. Please add the handout access fee to your conference registration.

Children & Babies

For the safety and consideration of all concerned, particularly your child’s, children and babies are not allowed into conference sessions at any time. This includes babies in strollers. This is also necessary to maintain the educational atmosphere of the conference sessions. Contact your hotel about childcare and nursing facilities. Children and babies are allowed on the trade show floor, but are not permitted to use any of the equipment being shown. We will have a private room available in the south building for breastfeeding. Please ask at the registration desk to unlock the door when needed.

Photography, Video & Audio Taping

Photography, video and audio taping are not permitted in any conference session. Delegates found violating this rule will be expelled from the conference without refund.
