Jennifer and Frances have more than 35 years of powerlifting experience between them – with Jennifer being one of the all-time greats in the sport, and Frances coaching dozens of new lifters to the platform every year. They will walk you through the three lifts – squat, bench press and deadlift, discuss the popular training methodologies and peaking strategies, and provide you with the key ingredients for success on the platform.
