*Can-Fit-Pro professional members pay the lowest registration fee! Please ensure your professional membership is current at the time of the conference. If your membership expires before the conference date, when registering, please add the membership renewal fee of $49 to your subtotal.
**Non-members: The pre-registration non-member rate includes a one-year professional membership to Can-Fit-Pro (a value of $69)!

Phone in your registration payment using Visa or MasterCard to guarantee the current conference rate. Session requests, signed waiver of liability, and your credit card authorization signature must be faxed or mailed in within seven (7) business days after your phone payment submission. Make sure you mark the “Check here if previously registered by phone” checkbox to avoid duplicate billing. Session requests are not accepted over the phone.
Note: incomplete forms will not be processed. For mailed forms, no CODs please.
On-site registration
If you miss the pre-registration deadline (May 29), you may register directly on site. The on-site registration fee is $140 for members and $200 for non-members (tax included). Non-member rate also includes a one-year Can-Fit-Pro professional membership.Can-Fit-Pro cannot guarantee space availability or equipment usage for on-site registrations as admittance to sessions is on a stand-by basis only. On-site registration is non-refundable.

Note: NSF cheques are subject to an administration fee of $25 (plus applicable taxes). In addition, the associated registration will be put on hold until the balance is cleared.
Delegate referral incentive
Refer a brand new delegate to the conference and receive a $10 gift certificate to use for any Can-Fit-Pro product or service. The person referred by you must complete the related section on his/her registration form. You will be able to pick up your gift certificate at the registration desk when checking in.Group discounts
Groups of four or more are eligible for a discount of $10 off each registration (before tax).Group registrations must be sent by fax or mail, and include a cover sheet listing all people in the group. If one member of the group is paying by cheque, all registrations must be sent by mail.
Cancellation policy
All conference cancellations must be received in writing (fax/mail/e-mail) to Can-Fit-Pro by May 29, 2009, 6:00 p.m. EST. Your fee will be refunded less a $25 administration fee (plus application taxes). No refunds will be given after May 29, 2009. No refunds or credit given for no-shows, partially-used registrations, or on-site registrations.If your employer is paying for your registration
Regardless of who is paying for your registration, payment must accompany your registration. Registration without payment will not be processed. Sorry, no purchase orders and no invoicing. Payments must be received by the deadlines in order to qualify for the appropriate rates. Receipts will be emailed to you along with your confirmation.Partial registrations
Single-session registrations are not available. It is not permissible to split a registration between two people. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially-used registrations (i.e. left early on conference day). Delegates found violating this rule will be expelled from the conference without refund.Useful tip Did you know your conference fees may be tax deductible? Consult your tax advisor for details.
Your registration confirmation
All pre-registered delegates will receive a confirmation letter by e-mail or mail. If no confirmation is received within one business week after you submitted your registration (allow more time for mailed registrations), please contact our office immediately.On-site registration desk hours
