This course is
designed to teach participants the general guidelines in
understanding the benefits of stability ball training along
with a hands-on practical instruction on the selected strength
and flexibility exercises recommended to begin a ball program.
Participants will learn the proper execution, proper progression,
teaching techniques and cueing for all the selected exercises.
This course also includes strength exercises utilizing the
ball and elastic tubing for added resistance. No prior experience
is necessary to attend the course, and this course is recommended
as a prerequisite for all other Resist-A-BallŪ training.
