Pilates with Resist-A-BallŪ
Uniquely adapted to the Resist-A-BallŪ, this certification
includes the ball combined with the 34 Pilates mat work
exercises. This program combines the disciplines of Resist-A-Ball
and Pilates that results in improved core strength, balance,
coordination and flexibility with a series of controlled
non-impact movements. The added weight and balance challenge
of the Resist-A-BallŪ adds a whole new dimension to Pilates
