Can-Fit-Pro and Maureen Rae present yoga training for the fitness industry - ideal for group fitness and mind-body instructors, personal trainers, and anyone interested in deepening their personal yoga practice. Committed to the fitness industry with safe, effective teaching techniques, Maureen Rae's Yoga Studio has graduated over 1200 instructors, currently employed and teaching yoga with a high degree of integrity, purpose and a deep understanding of the principles of yoga. Teachings are rooted in age-old guidelines, and validated by current exercise science. These trainings are based in true yoga - integrating breath work and beginning meditation techniques.

This workshop includes: two-day training, in-depth manual, fundamental yogic postures, safety indications, effective sequencing for a basic Level One yoga class, plus further teacher training information to establish how to move forward. Yoga Teacher Certificate provided on completion.
