Best Western Richmond Hotel & Convention Centre and Hilton Vancouver Airport are located within a very close proximity from each other. Both hotels are ideally situated 10 minutes from the Vancouver International Airport, in the heart of downtown Richmond. They are just 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Within walking distance are two major shopping centres, a variety of restaurants and nightlife. Stanley Park, GM Place, BC Place, and Washington State border are all within 30 minutes. Driver licenses and some other government-issued photo identification will no longer be accepted as valid travel documentation for Canadian and U.S. citizens traveling by air between Canada and the United States.

By Car
Driving from the airport: Follow Grant McConnechie Blvd. to Richmond/Seattle Exit, turn right. At the intersection turn left on Miller Road. At the next intersection, turn right on Russ Baker Way. Go across bridge to Westminster Highway and turn left. Follow to the Best Western Hotel(just past Alderbridge Way), on the left. For Hilton Vancouver Airport, turn left on Minoru Blvd. and go to Elmbridge Way.
Driving from from U.S. border: Take Hwy 99 North through the Deas Tunnel, take the 2nd Exit for Westminster Hwy. Go west on Westminster Hwy about 4 kms, the hotels are located just past No. 3 Rd on the corner of Westminster Hwy and Minoru Blvd.
From the Tsawwassen ferries: Take Hwy 17 to Richmond/Vancouver Hwy 99 North Exit. After going through the Deas Tunnel take the 2nd Exit for Westminster Hwy. Go west on the Westminster Hwy about 4 kms, the hotels are located just past No. 3 Rd. Turn right on Minoru Blvd. and go to Elmbridge Way for Hilton; for Best Western continue driving on Westminster Hwy just one block west of Minoru Blvd. For more information about BC Ferries visit http://www.bcferries.com
From the Trans Canada Highway #1: Take the Langley Exit for Hwy 10-Airport/Ferries. Turn right and take 232nd St to Glover Rd. Left on Glover Rd to Langley Bypass Hwy 10. Take Hwy 10 to Hwy 99. Take Hwy 99 North though the Deas Tunnel, take the 2nd Exit for Westminster Hwy. Go west on the Westminster Hwy about 4 kms, the hotels are located just past No. 3 Rd. Turn right on Minoru Blvd. and go to Elmbridge Way for Hilton; for Best Western continue driving on Westminster Hwy just one block west of Minoru Blvd.
Parking
At Best Western Richmond Inn Hotel & Convention Centre:The hotel has ample parking available. NOTE:The parking fees at Best Western have been revised very recently, and they are different from what we originally published in the conference brochure. The current parking rates are as follows: overnight parking for hotel quests is $11 CAD; for non-guests, daytime parking (6 a.m. - 6 p.m.) is $10 CAD, evening parking (6 p.m. - 6 a.m.) is $8 CAD; the hourly rate for non-guests is $3 CAD.
At Hilton Vancouver Airport:
The hotel has self-parking with in/out privileges. Cost is $11 CAD overnight.
By Air
