Flax Meal: High in omega 3 essential fatty acids, antioxidant, high in fibre, anti-inflammatory and hormone balancing.
Chia Seeds: High in fibre, blood sugar balancing and hormone balancing.

- 1 apple
- 1-2 cups nut milk (I used almond)
- ¼ cup kefir
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- A few sun dried cherries
Chop the apple, place in a bowl and add all ingredients. Mix well and enjoy.
