Green Shake Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups (500 mL) unsweetened almond milk
2 cups (500 mL) baby spinach
2 bananas peeled, chopped & frozen
2 scoops (48 g) vanilla protein powder
2 tsp (10 mL) green tea matcha powder
1 tsp (5 mL) cinnamon
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a blender (I use a Vitamix) and blend until smooth.
