It’s been over 400 days since the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a pandemic.

While all humans are experiencing the pandemic, the truth is, as individuals we are experiencing the pandemic differently. You may be feeling fear, anxiety, grief, frustration, or any number of challenging emotions. You may also feel like you are thriving right now – learning new skills, tackling new challenges, and enjoying the thrill of your accomplishments.

Wherever you are right now, consider building mental health awareness and resiliency with your canfitpro community during Mental Health Week (May 3-9).

The truth is some people may not be as mentally healthy as they appear. Watch these videos from a range of canfitpro staff, PRO TRAINERS, advisors, and members and you’ll realize that many of us struggle. Each video provides a variety of ways to support mental health. The Canadian Mental Health Association is encouraging us to name and express our feelings in their #GetReal campaign.
