Boyce, Lee

Lee Boyce is a strength coach, college professor, fitness writer, speaker and published author based in Toronto, Ontario. A former university level track athlete (sprints, long jump) and Kinesiology major, Boyce attributes this blend of theoretical and practical experience to his depth of understanding regarding the human body, biomechanics, and technical coaching and cueing to help people simplify concepts that can be difficult to grasp.
