Kathie Sharkey holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from York University and has more than 20 years of experience working as a Kinesiologist. She has been helping people that have low back, neck, shoulder, knee injuries, and other joint injuries to recover from these injuries and lead an active lifestyle. Kathie works with people who have MS, Parkinson’s, arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, and other chronic pain conditions, to assist them in developing an exercise program that is safe and appropriate for their condition. Kathie was a member of the 2012/2013 College of Kinesiologists exam committee. She has sat on the Board of Directors for the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (2013-2016) and is currently a board member and vice-president of the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance.
