This three hour super session “basic powerlifting fundamentals” will cover the Basic ins and outs of competitive powerlifting movements (squat, bench press and deadlifts). We will be teaching set up, proper technique, rules and regulations according to the international powerlifting federation guidelines and many little tricks of the trade from seasoned coaches and competitors in the field. This three hour program evenly divides your attention between the three lists in order to arm you with the tools necessary to Start your journey as a successful Powerlifter.
