Move Better is a unique, multidisciplinary, optimized movement system that integrates Hyperice (TM) vibratory technology including the Hypervolt, Hypersphere, and Hypersphere mini. Move Better was created by Chad Benson and is based on Chad’s 25 years of experience, scientific research and current best practices in mobility. Participants will learn a system of enhanced movement that includes mobility assessment, muscle testing, vibratory technology and movement training. A Move Better certification will give you the knowledge to confidently assess, correct, and progress your clients and participants in a way that prevents injury and optimizes performance.
