The fitness industry is a customer service based industry and one that relies on client retention above anything else. Beyond the sets and reps of a training session, current and potential clients are looking for a deeper connection from our industry, a connection that looks at the unique lifestyle needs of the individual. During this lecture we will dive into what that process should look like and cover topics like assessment, periodization for the ‘average joe’, working out vs training and client education.
