Participants will examine key concepts including neuroplasticity, cognitive reserve, and the habits of Super Agers, while gaining insight into how lifestyle choices can influence brain longevity and reduce the risk of cognitive decline. The course also addresses real-world considerations such as ageism, caregiving challenges, and the positive impact of Blue Zone lifestyles on healthy aging.
Led by internationally recognized speaker, trainer, author, and wellness TV personality Jill Hewlett, this course blends research with real-world application. Licensed in Educational Kinesiology and a Brain Gym® consultant for over two decades, Jill brings deep expertise in brain-body integration, stress reduction, and cognitive efficiency. Her engaging teaching style draws on years of experience working with educators, clinicians, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders.
