Dr. Nanci S Guest
Dr. Guest is a sport dietitian, certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. Bryce Hastings
Bryce became a certified Physical Therapist in 1986 and has a Masters in Philosophy from AUT University, Auckland. He serves as a Research Associate at Auckland University of Technology and lectured part time there for eight years. In 1990, Bryce opened his private physical therapy practice at Les Mills World of Fitness in Auckland, the original Les Mills gym established in 1968 by Les Mills Senior. Jenna has been fortunate to have had a 20 year career with GoodLife as a General Manager, Group Fitness Manager, Canadian Les Mills Assessor, her love for Les Mills’ programs started with BODYSTEP, BODBYFLOW, BODYJAM, SH’BAM and currently focusing on BODYCOMBAT and BODYPUMP. Outside of teaching Jenna is an Eating Psychology and Wellness Coach as well as a designer for our home renovation company and best of all a wife and mom.

Melvin first joined a GoodLife gym in 2000. He was an avid participant in BODYPUMP and BODYSTEP, but feared he lacked confidence to lead a class. After an injury sidelined him for two years, Melvin then revamped his lifestyle so he could pursue his dreams of teaching. Now he is based in downtown Toronto and is working as a group fitness instructor. BODYATTACK was his first discipline back in 2016 and has gone on to being certified in the GRIT series.

Chuck has a Masters of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology and a Fellow of Applied Science from the Gray Institute. He is the Director of Human Motion Associates and the director of the biomechanics lab at the Masson SPine Institute, in Orland, Flordia, consulting with clients in rehabilitation to professional athletes.
Kari Woodall
Kari built her fitness business on her passions: coaching people and movement. As a former NCAA All-American, US National Team Swimmer, and Division I Coach, she worked with the best coaches and athletes in the world. She is a Certified Level II Firefighter, TRX Master Trainer, and a member of the Under Armour Training Team. She owns BLAZE®, a niche TRX-based studio in her local fire station, where she works with a diverse demographic ranging from youth to firefighters to fitness enthusiasts.
Marlon Woods
From Ohio, USA living in Sydney, Australia, Marlon is a full time PhD student of psychology and also works as a research assistant. Certified in BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP, and Les Mills Tone he loves bringing fun and energy to every class to get participants pumped up and ready to work.

Luke has been teaching Les Mills RPM with GoodLife since 2010. He is also certified in BODYPUMP, BODYFLOW and Les Mills GRIT. Luke is currently based in downtown Toronto.

Matt Wright MS, EP-C is the VP of Personal Training and Programming at City Fitness in Philadelphia, PA. Matt has spent 10+ years in Fitness Leadership with an emphasis on member engagement, programmatic solutions for personal/group training, staff education/retention and team culture. Matt is an International Presenter/Educator, member of the IDEA World Personal Trainer Committee and former President of NEHRSA. Matt has educated as an adjunct professor teaching: Kinesiology, Anatomy & Physiology, and Exercise Technique & Prescription. He holds a Masters Degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist.

Kevin Yeboah
Kevin Yeboah (@theyeboah) is a Toronto-based certified personal trainer who specializes in explosive and sport specific training. Originally from Winnipeg, he played university basketball for the University of Winnipeg. Now Kevin is the strength and conditioning coach at Catalyst Health, a boutique gym in Yorkville and one of the lead instructors at Barry’s bootcamp.
Sarah Zahab
Sarah Zahab BSc., is a Registered Kinesiologist, Certified Exercise Physiologist, group fitness instructor and Neurokinetic Therapy® Practitioner. She studied Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa and graduated with honours with a minor in Biology. She has been working full time in the fitness industry for 20 years and is the owner of Continuum Fitness and Movement Performance in Ottawa. She is a former international fitness competitor and was fortunate to represent Canada at the Ms Fitness World competition four times. Sarah has been a nationally ranked race walker and is the 2012 & 2014 Ontario Provincial race walking champion in the 5000m as well as the 2016 Canadian Indoor national champion in the 3000m. Sarah is the creator of the Prenatal and Postnatal Strength Workout DVDs and a regular fitness expert on CTV Morning Live in Ottawa.
