As a day job, I work as a full-time mental health counselor for the United States armed forces and that requires me to travel worldwide serving active duty military and their families around the world. That has given me the opportunity to connect with Les Mills classes and tribe around the world, while also attending worldwide Les Mills Live Events and filmings. But there's something about Canfitpro Toronto! Besides the fact that I was born and raised in Canada and lived in Toronto for years, every time I come back to this event it's like coming home and experiencing Les Mills on a whole nother level.
