Gandalf Archer Mills has spent most of his life delivering legendary dance workouts – collaborating with some of the world’s best dance talent along the way.
His passion for dance first kicked in when he was at middle school and by age 14 he was center stage teaching his own hip-hop classes in the main studio of New Zealand’s busiest gym.
These days Gandalf continues to pack out the same studio, leading his famous dance classes to a legion of fans. Elise is an Ontario Certified Teacher who grew up in Collingwood, Ontario. At a young age she fell in love with dance. It quickly became her outlet and happy place. It showed her the positive impact that physical activity could have on one's overall health, and gave her a way to express herself. However, as she got older her training intensified, and she found that increasing emphasis was placed on performance and physical appearance. In 2018, she discovered DANCEPL3Y while attending teacher’s college at Queen’s University. Right away she wanted to know more about the program, because the message behind it aligned perfectly with her personal philosophies around dance and mental health. Since then Elise has completed training in multiple PL3Y courses and is now a certified DANCEPL3Y Kids, Preschool and YOGAPL3Y Kids Instructor as well as an Online Master Trainer for DANCEPL3Y Kids and Preschool. As a PL3Y Instructor her goal is to give children a different experience with movement based programs than the one she had by exposing them to different styles and ideas around movement, in a safe space where they feel comfortable to be themselves.

Carlos was born in the Dominican Republic. He started dancing at the age of 15 with the National Ballet of DR and discovered a passion for dance and music which continued to develop in various pathways throughout his life. After 14 years of ballet-jazz, she became a passionate step fitness choreographer, group fitness coach, co-host for TSN and RDS (reporting from Barbados and Florida), host of Nadège en 32 temps, weather presenter on TVA and LCN networks, founder of the company Lacaye’la (dedicated to healthy lifestyle habits), public speaker, spokesperson for charitable organizations (including Carrefour Jeunesse-Emploi) and a committed volunteer in various community initiatives. A specialist in cycle-based power concept training for athletes from all sports, Darren Teagles has been a Keiser trainer since 2016. He started cycling at an elite level in 1989 for team Raleigh Banana and progressed through various Criterium and indoor leagues until finally signing a contract with team Andalucia Cajamar in 2001. Darren raced with the team in the UCI National Pro Continental Circuit of Spain until retiring from pro cycling in 2012. Darren is now the European Training and Development Manager for Keiser, working with top cycle studios and strength and conditioning coaches all over Europe. Stewart instantly fell in love as he grew up with latin music playing around him from his Chilean family and combined it with performing arts and the ability to exercise.
