During November, Unsinkable is collecting amazing stories for Physical Activity Matters - a campaign to demonstrate how Canadians are staying physically active to help manage their mental health during the pandemic.
Canadians are invited to contribute photos, videos and articles that tell their story of how exercise supports their mental wellness.
As fitness professionals we encourage you to submit your own stories, as well as those of your clients, friends and family members to share and show how physical activity helps mental health.

JUST2SWEAT is an at-home 45 min virtual fitness class through Zoom! All fitness levels are welcomed.
Our training style includes motivating and inspiring people to push themselves in order to see results. JUST2ZOOMNATION allows me to fully interact, challenge, motivate and inspire my clients. Classes are never the exact same but we’ll always have the same intensity and MOTIVATION!!
What To Expect:
Circuit based training style with advanced and modified options available. The first 5 minutes for warm-up, 35 minutes of SWEAT, then 5 minutes cool down.
