Amanda Grant

With more than 20 years of dance and fitness experience, Amanda brings an abundance of knowledge, energy and fun to every class or instructor training she teaches. As a former Zumba Education Specialist, Amanda has travelled across Canada, the US and even as far as Nicaragua training fitness professionals tools and techniques to being a great instructor. She joined the STRONG by Zumba team in 2017 and has been training Instructors across Canada since. 

Arin Lindauer

Arin Lindauer, 2-time Best Selling Author has owned a Fitness Business with her husband for the last 12 years.  She was an NPE client for 5 years and in the first 16 months they quadrupled their business, winning Rookie of the Year!  She is passionate about helping people, which has translated into helping fitness business owners thrive in their business.  Arin is a mom of two children, Leo and Lyvia.

Chad Benson

The director of fitness education for Steve Nash Fitness Clubs, Chad has been a strength and conditioning consultant for the National Sailing Team, the Vancouver Canucks, the BC Lions, Twist Conditioning, and the National Women’s Basketball team. He specializes in fascial mobility therapies, functional performance, preventive injury, and movement assessment. Chad is a contributor to the canfitpro PTS certification and holds active certifications in an exceptionally wide range of training and fitness methods.

Christina Raskin

Christina Raskin (500hr E-RYT) is the National Training Director at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness and runs the O2 200hr. Yoga Teacher Training program.She has been teaching yoga and fitness for 16 years and she is passionate about educating teachers and sharing yoga.

Helen Vanderburg

Helen Vanderburg, BPE, is owner of Heavens Elevated fitness, yoga, spin studio and Fusion Fitness Training™. With over 35 years of experience in teaching, training, club management, program development and motivational speaking she brings a wealth of experience to her presentations worldwide. She is the recipient of many industry awards, including CanFitPro Lifetime Achievement and Presenter of the Year, IDEA Instructor and Program Director of the Year, IDEA Top Industry Contributor and an elite athlete as a former World Champion synchronized swimmer and honored member of the Sports Hall of Fame. Helen is the Commercial Fitness Education Manager for Balanced Body and International master trainer and educational program developer for BOSU, Hedstrom Fitness, Schwinn Cycling and Fusion Fitness. Certifications: AFLCA, CFP, ACE, Pilates, E-RYT Yoga certified.

Ira McNamara

Ira McNamara is a York University Kinesiology graduate with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.   As a presenter and speaker he has been honored to be involved in events across North America.  He is a POUND ICON with POUND® Rockout Workout a well as Master Trainer for BOSU®.  Ira holds a black sash in kickboxing but he is most proud of being a husband and a father to four kids. 

Jeff Tareta

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Education, Major in Physical Education from the University of Lethbridge. His purpose is to facilitate optimum performance of people & organizations. He is a leader in operational effectiveness who helps organizations in the health care, recreation, fitness & wellness industries grow their program participation, improve customer engagement and achieve economic sustainability.

Jodie Boettger

Jodie began in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor in 1999 in Calgary. Her varied career has included teaching group fitness classes at various facilities, personal training at World Health and Spa Lady and now on-line, Assistant Group Fitness Director for World Health, Fitness Manager at World Health and Spa Lady, Talent Acquisition Specialist for World Health, Spa Lady and Banker’s Hall Club, and now as a canfitpro PRO TRAINER in PTS and CPR.

Josh Stryde

Josh Stryde is the Regional Nutrition Director for International Fitness Services (World Health, Spa Lady and Banker's Hall). He's been running seminars and coaching nutrition clients since 2012. He has been a personal trainer for over 10 years with over 10,000 hours of on floor personal training experience. In his spare time Josh is an accomplished Obstacle Course Racing and Trail Running athlete with over 30 podium finishes.

Lisa Mastracchio

Lisa is a sought- after presenter and group-exercise instructor with 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry. She currently works at Énergie Cardio in Québec and recently won Instructor of the Year in 2015. She is a Bootcamp and Power Cardio Trainer as well as a Les Mills Canada Assessor. Lisa also works at Goodlife Fitness Clubs as the National Newbody Trainer and travels the country to share her knowledge and expertise in this exclusive program.

Michelle Hennebery

Michelle has always had a passion for fitness, teaching and fun. She has 14 years experience as a dance instructor and is AFLCA Group Fitness certified. As an instructor and HIGH Fitness Guru, Michelle’s goal for every participant is to give them the confidence to feel uplifted and energized by creating an inclusive community. She feels very fortunate to have the opportunity to spread the HIGH Fitness love traveling throughout Canada presenting and training new HIGH Fitness instructors.

Mike Bracko

Mike Bracko is a fitness educator, writer, strength & conditioning coach, and hockey skating coach. He holds a Doctorate degree in Exercise Science, is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, and a Trigger Point Master Trainer. He is a regular presenter at fitness conferences in North American and Asia. He writes fitness articles for, canfitpro Magazine, and American Fitness.

Mo Hagan

Maureen (Mo) Hagan is COO at canfitpro. Mo is a global fitness ambassador and has been recognized for her work in fitness that spans over three decades.  She is a Canadian Top 100 Fitness Influencer, IHRSA’s 2016 Woman Leader of the Year, a #1 best-selling author, Board of Director member for RxTGA and WIFA and a Reebok sponsored athlete.

Ron McPhee

Ron has been in the fitness industry since 1992, both in Group Exercise and Personal Training. He is a canfitpro PRO TRAINER FIS / PTS / CPR. He is a Canadian Master Trainer for Barre Above, Tabata BootCamp and Bender Ball. Ron’s Presentations are known to be entertaining but a focus on making fitness adaptable for all levels. He was recognized from IMAPCT Magazine as one of the 2019 Top Fitness Instructors in Canada.

Scott Wildeman

Scott is the Senior VP Fitness and Operations for World Health and Spa Lady in Alberta Canada, winners of Canada's Best Managed Companies award along with the Achievers Most Engaged Workplaces award. A dynamic leader that has helped build one of the largest PT and GF teams in Canada, his areas of expertise include Personal Training sales and business practices, career development and Human Resources. Scott is active in and outdoors with his two daughters.

SGT. Ken

SGT Ken® is an international speaker, six-time U.S. Army Soldier of the Year, and highly decorated combat veteran. He’s trained over 500,000 soldiers and civilians through Operation Fit to Fight, has written over 100 magazine articles, and created the fitness and health education website for the U.S. Army National Guard. Ken founded the START Fitness® boot camp program, has starred in several best-selling fitness videos, and was named canfitpro’s Best New Presenter (2011).

Tim Borys

Former NY Yankees draft pick, Tim Borys, thought leader, CEO of FRESH! Wellness Group, and author of The Fitness Curveball, holds a BA in psychology, is a Medical Exercise Specialist, CHEK HLC, CSCS, and international educator. Tim believes health, happiness and fitness promote greatness in all areas of life. Tricia Murphy Madden

Tricia is a 26-year veteran instructor and education director. Tricia is the National Education Director for Savvier Fitness and the co-creator of Barre Above & the Weight Loss Challenge with over 85 master trainers and over 3800 trained instructors worldwide. For many years, she was also the Fitness Director for Denali Fitness in Seattle, WA. She is the co-author and creator of a children’s book and fitness program called, The ABC’s of Exercise sold worldwide. Tricia sits on the IDEA Group Fitness Committee and is known for her numerous programs developed over the past 26 years. She was featured on Exercise TV and in numerous trade and mass media publications and has been the featured coach at numerous corporate events. She has contributed and stared in 12 DVDs and has sold over 100,000 units to date.
