1 cup oats
2 scoops protein
1 jar baby food- apple sauce. The sweeter the sauce, the sweeter the cookies will be.
2 TBS pumpkin seeds
2 TBS sunflower seeds
2 TBS ground flax seeds
2 small beets, steamed
1/4 to 3/4 cups water. More water added results in increased softness and chewiness.
1 TSP Coconut oil - optional
