Brain Fitness Training – Level One

In this interactive, experiential, and educational session, you'll be introduced to user-friendly neuroscience and given tools that can be used in the classroom, fitness studio, workplace, or home to optimize brain potential, build neurological resources, and get the most out of life. Brain training can reduce stress, improve mental agility, increase energy, promote better sleep, cultivate productivity, and improve overall mental health. You'll leave more self-aware and empowered to make a positive impact on your physical, emotional, and functional health, both immediately and long term. Use the body you have to get the brain you want!
