They say.... "Sitting Could Be Hazardous to Your Health".... Not always! Exercising in, or with a chair, can be both fun and very effective. This apparatus can be used as a prop to assist and enhance exercises for all the major muscle groups. Come out & enjoy working out in & with a chair, helping to improve cardio fitness, build strength, develop better balance, improve range of motion. We will use easy & accessible equipment, such as towels, resistance bands, bender balls to create exercises & stretches to target every major muscle group of the body.
