Chair Fitness Part 2 – Strengthening & Stretching

Come and enjoy working out in and with a chair – building muscle strength, developing better balance, and improving range of motion. We'll use easy and accessible equipment like towels, resistance bands, and Bender balls to create exercises and target every major muscle group. Then we'll stretch those same muscle groups safely and effectively. You'll leave feeling energized and stronger with improved range of motion and flexibility.
