Dynamic Myofascial Systems Training

The myofascial system is vast and complex. It connects everything within our body and therefore is active in every movement we perform. Any restriction will cause systematic dysfunction along various pathways throughout the body. This course will provide an in depth look at the myofascial system, introduce participants to self-myofascial release, and provide several exercises, both for mobility and strength, that can be used to keep your myofascial system working optimally and prevent dysfunction.

  • Myofascia's role in mobility
  • Self-myofascial release
  • Flexibility exercises for myofascial mobility
  • Loaded myofascial line training
  • Programming myofascial exercises

Upon completion of this course participants will be able to:

  • Explain the structure and function of the myofascia
  • Differentiate between various myofascial lines and their role in mobility
  • Provide proper soft-tissue exercises for various mobility restrictions
  • Understand both myofascial mobility and loaded training concepts and their application
  • Develop a program with proper myofascial mobility exercises
