Primal Posture

Our modern lifestyle has us set up to fail. Almost every repetitive movement we perform daily is in front of us, and usually while seated. We, as fitness professionals, need ways to combat this change in not only ourselves, but our clients as well. There is an epidemic of lower back, neck, and shoulder pain costing the medical system billions. It is time for us to take back what is rightfully ours and return to our primal posture.

  • Prescribe the appropriate corrective exercises to reverse postural issues based on client
  • Develop a training program that facilitates the maintenance of proper posture
