Hubert est un nutritionniste membre de l’Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec (OPDQ) et est candidat au doctorat en nutrition avec une spécialité en nutrigénomique. Il exerce en clinique privée avec une approche non culpabilisante dans la région de Montréal. Il est l’un des nutritionnistes les plus présents sur les réseaux sociaux où il donne des conseils, des trucs et où il partage ses opinions sur la nutrition.

He holds a B.Ed. degree, was a member of an award winning research team lead by Dr. Stuart McGill and has twice won canfitpro fitness presenter of year peer awards His core belief is knowledge is not power, it is the ability to apply knowledge that makes it powerful.

Julia Di Paolo

A pelvic floor physiotherapist, Julia has been treating pre- and postnatal women for nearly a decade. She has extensive experience with conditions like diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and incontinence. Julia completed a specialized postgraduate education program focusing on assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor and associated dysfunctions. She’s passionate about sharing her knowledge with others to help increase awareness about women’s health.

David Dulude

B.Sc. Kinesiology

As the supervisor of master trainers for Energie Cardio, David is also a trainer for Ataraxia specializing in personal training certification. His previous experience as an athlete has inspired him to commit to improving muscular and cardiovascular performance. Having collaborated on many research projects in kinesiology and writing training manuals, he also tests his theory in practice, and spends his free time training several athletes in running and cycling.

Heather Gagnon

Co-founder of Studio House of Bounce, Heather Gagnon is a rebounding fitness instructor. Rebounding isn't just fun for cardio. Kendell Hogan


Kendell is the Regional Group Fitness Director for Crunch Fitness where he is responsible for the design and implementation of Crunch’s cutting edge group fitness programming and the training and development of group fitness instructors. He is also head master trainer for Jillian Michaels’ new fitness program BODYSHRED™. He is known as one of the hosts on ESPN’s longest-running worldwide fitness program BodyShaping, and has hosted FitTV’s All Stars and Exercise TV. Janice has presented at events across Canada, published numerous articles in fitness and consumer magazines, and is a well-recognized speaker in the fitness industry.

Marc Ikin

Marc began coaching amateur sports 15 years ago and followed his passion for health and fitness into a career as a personal trainer. This led him to become a Certified Athletic Therapist with several Montreal-based sports organizations and for hundreds of amateur athletes. He currently oversees the development of personal training for GoodLife Fitness Clubs in Quebec and parts of Ontario.

Len Kravitz


Len is the program coordinator of exercise science and a researcher at the University of New Mexico where he received the Outstanding Teacher of the Year award. In addition to being a 2016 inductee into the National Fitness Hall of Fame, Dr. Kravitz was awarded the 2006 Fitness Educator of the Year by the American Council on Exercise. Len has received the prestigious Specialty Presenter of the Year and Lifetime Achievement Award from canfitpro.

Having “retired” from classical ballet, Kathy joined the fitness industry in 2006 by completing Training of Instructors in Aerobic Dance (FIDA). Kathy then moved to Montreal and began teaching group fitness classes while pursuing studies in accounting. Her passion for movement and her desire to help people pushed her to later change directions and pursue a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at the University of Montreal. In 2015, Kathy joined the canfitpro PROTRAINER team (FIS training) and became a National Master Trainer for BOSU. In 2016, she opened her own fitness studio and joined the POUND Rockout Workout ICON team.

Samantha Montpetit-Huynh


Samantha is the founder of Core Expectations, Toronto’s only full-service wellness team providing in-home support services to the homes and offices of pregnant women and new moms. She and her team are the creators of the AB REHAB program for diastasis recti – the true cause of the dreaded “mummy tummy” and pelvic floor dysfunction post-pregnancy. She has appeared on numerous TV programs and is now the resident fitness expert on the Marilyn Dennis Show.

Mindy Mylrea

A national and world aerobic champion, Mindy is the creator and lead talent behind the Gliding discs exercise program and the creator of Tabata Bootcamp. Diya, founder of Jhoomlay Bollywood Dance Fitness, is a dynamic fitness expert from Montreal. Jean-Denis détient un baccalauréat en science de l’activité physique de l’UQAM. Il est le chef de la division des sports, loisirs et installations à la ville de Montréal depuis janvier 2017. Il a été directeur du département d’entrainement chez Énergie Cardio pendant plus de 15 ans. Il a formé des entraineurs, des entraineurs-chefs et des gestionnaires de centre de conditionnement physique partout au Québec et au Canada. De plus, il agit à titre de conférencier lors de différents congrès qui traitent de l’entrainement. Durant ses temps libres, il enseigne le vélo intérieur et agit à titre d’entraineur personnel pour une clientèle diversifiée, de la perte de poids à l’athlète international.

Pierre-Mary Toussaint

Pierre-Mary Toussaint est kinésiologue et détient une maitrise en physiologie de l’exercice. Il enseigne au département de kinésiologie de l’Université de Montréal depuis 2001. Il agit à titre de préparateur physique de l’équipe de football des Carabins de l’Université de Montréal depuis les débuts de la formation en 2002. Il a rempli ce même rôle avec l’Impact de Montréal de 1998 à 2004. Il a participé à la préparation physique de Georges St-Pierre de 2012 à 2014, période où il était champion du monde. Actuellement, il est aussi responsable de l’entrainement de plusieurs boxeurs professionnels et de l’équipe nationale et olympique de boxe. Il codirige PERFMAX, un centre de santé et de haute performance qui se spécialise, entre autres, dans le suivi d’athlètes et de sportifs depuis 1995. Pierre-Mary Toussaint est coauteur des livres Mythes et réalités sur l’entrainement physique, Mythes et réalités sur la musculation ainsi que Mythes et réalités sur la course à pied, tous parus aux éditions de l’Homme.

Mélissa Tremblay

Mélissa est une kinésiologue spécialisée en Pilates et en yoga. Elle travaille avec différentes clientèles et elle a un intérêt pour la réhabilitation. Sa recherche constante d’outils pour soulager sa clientèle et sa passion pour le bienêtre l’amène à devenir praticienne en massage Thaï Yoga. Avec son expérience dans le domaine de l’entrainement et sa connaissance de la thérapie Thaï Yoga, elle transmet sa passion d’une manière accessible afin de permettre aux entraineurs de se renouveler pour toujours mieux servir leur clientèle.

Conférencière, elle inspire les personnes à adopter et maintenir de saines habitudes pour prévenir les maladies chroniques, les maladies cardiovasculaires et profiter d’une vie en bonne santé.

Formatrice, dans le cadre d’atelier en promotion de la santé, elle accompagne les femmes dans la prise en charge de leur santé globale.

Kim Vopni

Kim Vopni is the author of Prepare To Push and uses her certifications in Personal Training, Pre/Postnatal Fitness and Pfilates (pelvic floor pilates), along with her training as a Postpartum Doula to help women get through birth in one piece.
