Élodie cumule plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du culturisme.

Diplômée avec un brevet français d’État des métiers de la forme, formée et certifiée dans tous les programmes «Les Mills», elle a travaillé pour plusieurs chaines de conditionnement physique en Europe, et au Canada. Actuellement responsable des sports et loisirs pour le Groupe Maurice, elle est entraineuse, instructrice de cours en groupe et conférencière, elle fait également de la compétition en vélo de route et en conditionnement physique.

Hubert Cormier

Hubert est un nutritionniste membre de l’Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec (OPDQ) et est candidat au doctorat en nutrition avec une spécialité en nutrigénomique. Il exerce en clinique privée avec une approche non culpabilisante dans la région de Montréal. Il est l’un des nutritionnistes les plus présents sur les réseaux sociaux où il donne des conseils, des trucs et où il partage ses opinions sur la nutrition.

Kevin Darby

Kevin is the founder of DTS Fitness Education. In his 25+ years in the industry he has been an athlete, personal trainer, strength coach, wellness team leader and fitness education developer. He holds a B.Ed. degree, was a member of an award winning research team lead by Dr. Stuart McGill and has twice won canfitpro fitness presenter of year peer awards His core belief is knowledge is not power, it is the ability to apply knowledge that makes it powerful.

Julia Di Paolo

A pelvic floor physiotherapist, Julia has been treating pre- and postnatal women for nearly a decade. She has extensive experience with conditions like diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and incontinence. Julia completed a specialized postgraduate education program focusing on assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor and associated dysfunctions. She’s passionate about sharing her knowledge with others to help increase awareness about women’s health.

David Dulude

B.Sc. Kinesiology

As the supervisor of master trainers for Energie Cardio, David is also a trainer for Ataraxia specializing in personal training certification. His previous experience as an athlete has inspired him to commit to improving muscular and cardiovascular performance. Having collaborated on many research projects in kinesiology and writing training manuals, he also tests his theory in practice, and spends his free time training several athletes in running and cycling.

Paul Galloro

E-RYT 500, PTS, FIS

A Divine Wellness consultant and YogaFit senior master trainer, Paul’s heart-centered approach focuses on spirit as much as strength. He has shared his sparkle across the globe, leading yoga teacher trainings and experiences in North America and Australia. In 2015, Paul was named Specialty Presenter of the Year at canfitpro’s world fitness expo.

Teri Gentes

A whole-self health lifestyle wellness and natural nutrition educator, coach, and author, Teri has inspired thousands to embrace and sustain a healthier lifestyle. An approachable, energetic, and passionate educator, she combines years of experience with ongoing research to positively impact the lives of everyone she encounters. Teri is a regular on local TV stations in Ottawa and presents wellness and nutrition seminars throughout the Ottawa area and at conferences and other venues internationally.

Suaad Ghadban

Suaad Ghadban is a young, fresh and dynamic health and fitness expert. A highly sought after Trainer/Presenter, Suaad is known for her distinctive signature classes Hot Booty Ballet and Fit2Fly Aerial Yoga/Fitness. With 15 years of experience in teaching, training and developing fitness programs, Suaad’s passion and unique style allows her to help everyone go beyond their personal goals and fitness expectations. Daniela Goode

Daniela is a Kinesiologist and Wellness Educator whose passion lies in using movement to foster vibrant health. She has worked throughout Canada, the USA and Europe, including as medical staff for the Jamaican National Basketball Team. As a canfitpro PRO TRAINER, Program Director for PowerPL3Y and Co-Director of Navina Thai Yoga Therapy School, Daniela creates powerful learning opportunities by incorporating key principles of Fitness Training, Yoga Therapy, and Functional Rehabilitation.

Ashley Gray

Ashley is a CPR and BODYSHRED PRO TRAINER with canfitpro and has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. She graduated with a diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management and has always had a passion for fitness and athletics. Ashley specializes in HIIT, bootcamp style personal training and CPR. Her energy is contagious and she is always eager to inspire others to get fit.

Maureen Hagan

A global ambassador on the benefits of exercise and living well, Maureen Hagan is vice president of program innovation for GoodLife Fitness and canfitpro. Mo, as she is known in the fitness industry is a licensed physiotherapist, a Physical Health Educator and has been recognized for her work in fitness that spans three decades; named as one of Canada ’s 20 Most Influential Women in Sport and Physical Activity (2014) and most recently awarded IHRSA ""Woman Leader"" of the Year in honor of Julie Main. Mo is a published author and a regular contributor to consumer magazines and on-line publications including the Huffington Post.

Kendell Hogan

AAAI, AFAA, ACE

Kendell is the Regional Group Fitness Director for Crunch Fitness where he is responsible for the design and implementation of Crunch’s cutting edge group fitness programming and the training and development of group fitness instructors. He is also head master trainer for Jillian Michaels’ new fitness program BODYSHRED™. He is known as one of the hosts on ESPN’s longest-running worldwide fitness program BodyShaping, and has hosted FitTV’s All Stars and Exercise TV. A national and international workshop presenter, Kendell is also a fitness consultant on numerous celebrity fitness DVD projects including Biggest Loser’s Jillian Michaels, ABC’s Extreme Weight Loss’ Chris Powell, Dancing With the Stars’ Brooke Burke and celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak to name a few. Kendell is on the Advisory Board of the new NBC digital/television fitness program Radius.

Janice Hutton

Janice is the Director of Specialty Markets in the Education division of Twist Conditioning Inc. and is a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and conditioning coach with over 20 years in the industry. She has previously worked in certification development with canfitpro, been a university professor, and a swim coach. Janice has presented at events across Canada, published numerous articles in fitness and consumer magazines, and is a well-recognized speaker in the fitness industry.

Marc Ikin

B.Sc. Exercise Science, B.Comm., CAT(C), CSCS, PICP-L1, canfitpro PTS, CPR

Marc began coaching amateur sports 15 years ago and followed his passion for health and fitness into a career as a personal trainer. This led him to become a Certified Athletic Therapist with several Montreal-based sports organizations and for hundreds of amateur athletes. He currently oversees the development of personal training for GoodLife Fitness Clubs in Quebec and parts of Ontario.

Len Kravitz

PhD, CSCS

Len is the program coordinator of exercise science and a researcher at the University of New Mexico where he received the Outstanding Teacher of the Year award. In addition to being a 2016 inductee into the National Fitness Hall of Fame, Dr. Kravitz was awarded the 2006 Fitness Educator of the Year by the American Council on Exercise. Len has received the prestigious Specialty Presenter of the Year and Lifetime Achievement Award from canfitpro.

Samantha Montpetit-Huynh

Samantha is the founder of Core Expectations, Toronto’s only full-service wellness team providing in-home support services to the homes and offices of pregnant women and new moms. She and her team are the creators of the AB REHAB program for diastasis recti – the true cause of the dreaded “mummy tummy” and pelvic floor dysfunction post-pregnancy. She has appeared on numerous TV programs and is now the resident fitness expert on the Marilyn Dennis Show.

Mindy Mylrea

A national and world aerobic champion, Mindy is the creator and lead talent behind the Gliding discs exercise program and the creator of Tabata Bootcamp. The author of many articles, she's starred in over 400 instructional videos. An advisory board member for Oxygen magazine, Mindy is an international presenter and CEC provider for both ACE and AFAA. She was named PFP Trainer of the Year (2015) and canfitpro Specialty Presenter of the Year (2013).



Ross O'Donnell

Ross is president of Fitness Kickboxing Canada Inc. (FKCI) and oversees operation of its certifications programs and CEC courses across Canada. He is the host of the TV show ""MMA Hot Seat"", an international fitness and martial arts presenter, a fitness columnist with over 300 published articles and 15 instructor-training manuals to his credit, and author of “The Ultimate Fitness Boxing & Kickboxing Workout.”With over 45 years training in disciplines including karate, boxing, kickboxing and MMA. Ross is a Black Belt instructor, licenced professional MMA coach and head coach of the FKCI-MMA Fight Team having worked with amateur Kickboxing & MMA athletes at the national level and professional fighters and coaches at the UFC level

Karine Opasinski

A black belt in taekwondo, Karine has over 25 years' experience in the fitness industry. She's taught widely in aerobics, step, Tae box, Body Pump, yoga, and pilates and is constantly putting her vast experience into practice. Alexandre Paré

Professeur depuis 13 ans, à l’Université Laval et l’Université de Montréal, conférencier et fondateur d'Ataraxia, Alexandre se concentre sur les entraîneurs personnels en développement. Conférencier hors du commun, il détient un talent exceptionnel pour imager les notions théoriques, de façon à les rendre accessibles à tous les publics.

Directrice des cours en groupe et de l’entrainement pour les Entreprises Vivre en Forme, conférencière nationale en conditionnement physique, formatrice et kinésiologue, elle a cumulé 20 années d’expérience dans le domaine du conditionnement physique. Elle est conceptrice des programmes POWER CARDIO et GoFitness en direct et virtuel, elle a participé à plusieurs émissions télévisées et DVD de Josée Lavigueur en plus d’être coanimatrice du DVD Kilo Cardio 3.

Alissa Perzow

Alissa Perzow is the creator and founder of MOVE Barre and has devoted her life’s learning and passion to how the body’s biology and physique responds to movement. Perzow has a background as a ballet dancer and fitness trainer with a diverse set of fitness education and certifications amassed over her 25 years in the fitness industry. Perzow’s own MOVE method incorporates her training and her unique take on choreographed body movement connection to offer clients the ultimate in fitness training for a longer, leaner, stronger physique.

Tosca Reno

Claudette travaille dans l'industrie de la santé et conditionnement physique depuis 20 ans comme entraîneur personnel certifié, instructeur de conditionnement physique de groupe, coach de mieux-être et, plus récemment, en tant que professeur de yoga enregistré.

Sa passion pour le yoga a commencé il y a quelques années lorsqu'elle a été introduite au Yogafit et elle est maintenant l'un de leurs formateurs au Canada. Le yoga apporte un sentiment de bien-être dans sa vie et elle aime offrir cette expérience aux autres.

Kirstin Schell

Kirstin is a Personal Training Project Manager and instructor for GoodLife fitness where she began her career 14 years ago. Nutrition became a passion early in her career as she saw firsthand its impact on the wellness, results and vitality of her clients. Kirstin now runs a successful nutrition consulting practice in Montreal and co-authored the canfitpro Nutrition and Weight Loss certification manual that launched in 2013. Based on her extensive personal training and group exercise education and experience, Kirstin is a sought-after instructor and presenter.

Jean-Denis Thomson

Jean-Denis détient un baccalauréat en science de l’activité physique de l’UQAM. Il est le chef de la division des sports, loisirs et installations à la ville de Montréal depuis janvier 2017. Il a été directeur du département d’entrainement chez Énergie Cardio pendant plus de 15 ans. Il a formé des entraineurs, des entraineurs-chefs et des gestionnaires de centre de conditionnement physique partout au Québec et au Canada. De plus, il agit à titre de conférencier lors de différents congrès qui traitent de l’entrainement. Durant ses temps libres, il enseigne le vélo intérieur et agit à titre d’entraineur personnel pour une clientèle diversifiée, de la perte de poids à l’athlète international.

Pierre-Mary Toussaint

Pierre-Mary Toussaint est kinésiologue et détient une maitrise en physiologie de l’exercice. Il enseigne au département de kinésiologie de l’Université de Montréal depuis 2001. Il agit à titre de préparateur physique de l’équipe de football des Carabins de l’Université de Montréal depuis les débuts de la formation en 2002. Il a rempli ce même rôle avec l’Impact de Montréal de 1998 à 2004. Il a participé à la préparation physique de Georges St-Pierre de 2012 à 2014, période où il était champion du monde. Actuellement, il est aussi responsable de l’entrainement de plusieurs boxeurs professionnels et de l’équipe nationale et olympique de boxe. Il codirige PERFMAX, un centre de santé et de haute performance qui se spécialise, entre autres, dans le suivi d’athlètes et de sportifs depuis 1995. Pierre-Mary Toussaint est coauteur des livres Mythes et réalités sur l’entrainement physique, Mythes et réalités sur la musculation ainsi que Mythes et réalités sur la course à pied, tous parus aux éditions de l’Homme.

Mélissa Tremblay

Mélissa est une kinésiologue spécialisée en Pilates et en yoga. Elle travaille avec différentes clientèles et elle a un intérêt pour la réhabilitation. Sa recherche constante d’outils pour soulager sa clientèle et sa passion pour le bienêtre l’amène à devenir praticienne en massage Thaï Yoga. Avec son expérience dans le domaine de l’entrainement et sa connaissance de la thérapie Thaï Yoga, elle transmet sa passion d’une manière accessible afin de permettre aux entraineurs de se renouveler pour toujours mieux servir leur clientèle.

Michèle Vincent Félix

Femme de cœur, professionnelle passionnée, elle a travaillé plus de 25 ans au Ministère des anciens Combattants, à l’Université de Montréal et à Santé Canada. Elle enseigne la RCR avec dynamisme depuis plus de 25 ans.

Conférencière, elle inspire les personnes à adopter et maintenir de saines habitudes pour prévenir les maladies chroniques, les maladies cardiovasculaires et profiter d’une vie en bonne santé.

Formatrice, dans le cadre d’atelier en promotion de la santé, elle accompagne les femmes dans la prise en charge de leur santé globale.

Diane is the owner and director of Vives Training Systems and Fit4Austin in Austin, Texas, and the education director for Functional Movement Systems. She's recognized as a leading strength and conditioning specialist who provides a game-changing approach to training athletes. Focusing on functional movement training applications, Diane shares this progressive approach with fitness professionals, strength coaches, rehab specialists, and organizations through speaking, presentations, and workshops.

Kim Vopni

Kim Vopni is the author of Prepare To Push and uses her certifications in Personal Training, Pre/Postnatal Fitness and Pfilates (pelvic floor pilates), along with her training as a Postpartum Doula to help women get through birth in one piece. She is known as The Fitness Doula and loves sharing her preventative and restorative exercise strategies with other fitness professionals who work with pregnant women and new moms.

Laura Warf

An inspiring speaker and educator with over 20 years of experience as a presenter, Laura is known for her ability to engage audiences with energy and enthusiasm. A McGill graduate and former canfitpro New Presenter of the Year, she draws on her background in mind/body/heart integration to lead individuals and groups through transformational experiences. Laura currently coaches live and online internationally, teaching her “7 essential elements to balance and well-being.”

Carl Weston

Carl has over 17 years experience in the health and fitness industry coupled with a wealth of entrepreneurial knowledge gathered through traveling the world as a personal trainer, rehab specialist and fitness manager.
