Sessions are assigned on a first come first processed basis, based on the date your complete registration is received. Please ensure you fill out session requests for each time slot providing more than one request to ensure you are registered for the session of your choice. If all session requests are full, you will be assigned a ‘stand-by’ status and will be admitted to the session after the pre-registered delegates.
If all session requests are full a “Stand-By” status will be assigned, which allows a delegate to attend any session during that time slot on a space-available basis. The delegate will be admitted to the session after the pre-registered delegates have entered. While we almost always have extra space for stand-by delegates, the session equipment may not be available.
Please select your sessions carefully. If you would like to change or add a session after registering a change fee of $5 per session will apply (up to a max of $25 for five or more changes). Please note, this applies during the pre-registration period only. The fee does not apply to on-site changes done on a stand-by basis.
All event cancellations must be received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the published start date of the event will not incur a cancellation penalty.
Cancellations received between 60 and five (5) days prior to the published start date of the event will be charged an administration fee of 15% of the total conference registration fee (plus applicable taxes).
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than five (5) days prior to the published start date of the event.
No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows, partially used registrations, on-site registrations or membership fees.
It is not permissible to split a registration between two people. Delegates found violating this rule will be expelled from the event without refund.
