Amy's professional experience includes over 25 years in Group Fitness Instruction, over 15 years in Personal Training, and co-founded BMI Fitness Studio in Santa Clara, CA. She is a Pound ICON and lead trainer for World of Dance U-Jam Fitness. She has presented at IDEA World Fitness Convention, CanFitPro, SCW Mania, Fit Expo Events, and has appeared on home workout DVDs and online workouts. Amy’s passionate about music, movement, and helping her clients and new fitness instructors achieve their full potential.

Prior to his current Vice President role at Theragun in the global education and business development programs, Paul was the Director of Performance at EXOS for over a decade. There, he was responsible for creating and operationalizing performance programs for the Department of Defense, SOCOM, Fortune 500 companies, and elite-level athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and PGA.
Ragen Chastain is a speaker, writer, certified fitness professional and thought leader in the fields of Body Image, Health at Every Size, and Inclusive Fitness. Kyle currently resides in Kingston, Ontario where he works at St. Lawrence College as a Professor and the Coordinator of Experience and Engagement. When he isn’t working in academia, he is heavily involved in the fitness community, spending his time as the Head Coach for F45 Kingston. With over 10+ years in the fitness industry and a robust background in diversity, equity and inclusion Kyle has spent most of his years creating and fostering accepting and inclusive spaces in the fitness industry. After a severe Rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis and rounds of chemo in 2010, Christine left her secondary teaching career that followed her stint as an investment banker to follow her passion. Lisa Coors is the Owner of Coors Core Fitness (CCF), the leading medical fitness studio in the Cincinnati area. Started in 2006, CCF has become the referral source for numerous physician practices and physical therapy centers. Lisa is also a national presenter in the fitness industry. She has written numerous publications and is one of the authors for the American Council on Exercise: Medical Exercise Specialist Manual. In 2019, she co-Founded Parkinson Community Fitness, a non-profit facility that provides a place for Persons with Parkinson’s to go for exercise, support and social activities. She is also a member of the Xavier University Women of Excellence Committee and the Xavier University College of Professional Science College Advisory Board.

Trish Curling is a yoga teacher, personal trainer and owner of Ani O Yoga. She completed her 200 Hr. Yoga Teacher Training, along with studies in the Nervous System + Restorative yoga and the therapeutics of the shoulder, hip, and spine with Yoga Medicine. Trish values her commitment as both a yoga student and teacher. She strives to create an environment in her classes that feels safe, fun, and approachable for all.
Kevin is the founder and CEO of DTS Fitness Education and co-owner of Stretch to Win Canada. Kevin has been involved in structured physical conditioning programs for over 25 years. He was a multi-sport athlete and represented Canada internationally as a member of the Canadian Military Pentathlon Team. Kevin has had a long and successful career as a leader in the fitness industry and has been a head coach, personal trainer, wellness team leader for a 7500+ member police service and has developed multiple successful education programs. Kevin has worked with general population clients, amateur, Olympic and professional athletes in major sports leagues across North America. He holds a B.Ed. degree, was a member of an award winning research team lead by Dr. Stuart McGill and was the canfitpro Canadian Fitness Presenter of the year in 2014.
