Dear Global Presenter, 

Congratulations on being selected to present at our canfitpro 2024 Global Conference and Trade Show! We received nearly 1,000 session applications this year, and we are excited and delighted to have you as part of the Event. Our theme for 2024 is “Soar.” 

The Event will host both in-person and online sessions, with live streaming of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and General Session. 

This is the first of many communications you will receive as a presenter. Expect to receive Presenter Communications approximately 2-3 times a month, or as needed, with important information leading up to the Event.

Additional contracts are being sent this week and next, so check your junk mail for an email from RightSignature if you haven't received yours. We require your signed contract to proceed as a presenter at our Event.

Social Tile: 

Attached is a Social Tile that you can use on your social media.  Please tag canfitpro on your posts and accompany the tile with #soarwithme #soartosuccess (in captions and/or text overlays).

We are working on personalized ‘Join Me’ tiles for you to use in promoting the event. Some have already been created and sent out, but as this is a lengthy process, please be patient. I will send your personalized tile to you as soon as it is available.

Your Complimentary Guest Registration: 

As an In-curriculum and Trade Show presenter, our contract had a unique code for you to give a guest 1 complimentary registration (value of $591).   

This code can be given to a guest, colleague or as a prize! 

Please share this unique code with your followers, colleagues, and anyone who would benefit from attending the conference at your earliest convenience. This will allow them to register and select their sessions promptly.

Dear Global Presenter,

We are now less than one month away from the canfitpro 2024 Global Conference and Trade Show! Hope you are all getting excited as we know we are!  Below is important info leading up to the Event.

Video Request:

We’d love for our presenters to record a 20-25 second video (up to 30 seconds is acceptable) in IG Reel format (1080 pixels wide and 1920 pixels tall, with a 9:16 aspect ratio). You can share it on social media using the relevant hashtags and tag canfitpro! We will reshare your videos as a story.

Recommended Talking Points:

  • Introduce yourselves as a speaker/presenter at canfitpro Global Conference & Trade Show 2024, online/Toronto, Canada on <specify session date>.

Registration:

canfitpro has begun registering all presenters for this event. Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation from Conexsys and will be able to attend other sessions.  You will automatically be registered into your own session.

You do not need to register separately for a Trade Show Pass as it is included in your conference registration.

Your Complimentary Guest Registration:

Below are the instructions that you can share with your guest on how to register for the conference. If you need further assistance to register, please feel free to reach out.

  1. To Register, Click Here once you are on the page, click onto ‘Register Now’
  2. Under ‘Register using my canfitpro account’ click ‘Sign In’ or Please enter your email to register if you are not a member
  3. Login to your Member Portal
  4. It will then bring you straight the registration page where you will enter your information, once this has been completed click onto ‘Registration’ located at the bottom right
  5. You can then enter the designated code in the discount box located at the top
  6. Please select canfitpro Global Conference and Trade Show (Live In Person) or canfitpro Global Conference (Online)
  7. You can then continue your registration, by entering your information and by clicking ‘Complete Your Registration’
  8. Your confirmation email will be sent to you and you are ready to go!

Media:

If you are scheduled for any media appearances, we encourage you to mention the conference as part of the interview and include canfitpro.com to find out more.  We would truly appreciate it.

We also have a PR Lead that can help you with any media appearances.

Filming / Taking Photos within Your Session:

We allow you to record and take photos of your session.  Delegates are given a waiver to acknowledge that they may be recorded or photographed during the Event. 

Any recording/photographing of your session can only be used for marketing purposes. 

Please inform delegates at the beginning of the session that there will be filming/photographing of the session for marketing purposes.  Aim to record primarily the presenter and backs of heads for delegates.  We do not want the delegates to be the focus of any of the recording/photographing to allow for comfort of delegates

Please tag us on social media with recordings/photographing and share the content.  Feel free to email us some of your best photos – we may also use them for future marketing purposes! 

In-Person AV Equipment:  

Please bring your own laptop or device for use in your presentation.  

The projectors in the session rooms will only have a HDMI input (this will help you to project slides to play video and audio). If your device does not have this output, please bring any adapter you may need to output to HDMI. No adapters or power cables are provided, please bring your own.    

If you plan to play a video or need to link to an external website as part of your presentation, please ensure that it is embedded into your PowerPoint as there is no Wi-Fiavailable in the session rooms.   

Remember to bring a copy of your presentation on a USB stick!   

Online Presenters – Multiple Choice Questions due July 20: 

If you are presenting online, remember as per your contract, you are to provide presenters@canfitpro.com 5 Multiple Choice Questions regarding your session. 

We will use these questions to ensure that a delegate has viewed your presentation for Continuing Education Credits post-event.

Please send the questions by July 20th and mark in the subject line: Online Multiple Choice Questions and the title or session number of the session you are presenting.

Trade Show Presenters:

Just a heads up, if you are presenting a lecture either on the Lecture Stage or Health and Nutrition Stage in the Trade Show, we will equip you and your audience with SOUNDOFF headphones. 

We did this last year and it was well received as we expect the Trade Show to be loud, the SOUNDOFF headphones help cancel out sound and ensure delegates are able to hear and focus on your presentation and improve the overall experience.
