MEET THE SPEAKERS
Chris Fudge is a results-based Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning coach, educator and mentor. His philosophy that the road to success leaves clues has been informed by over fifteen years of professional fitness training experience, including more than 20,000 hours of live one-on-one coaching. As an industry leader, Chris’s priority is the well-being of his clients. His metrics-based and scientific approach to training focuses on the individual needs and goals of his clients and their progression towards enjoying active and healthy lives
Chris has received continued recognition for his work in the fitness industry, including multiple nation-wide awards as Goodlife Fitness Personal Trainer of the Year as well as Impact Magazine’s Top Personal Trainer of 2020. He has also been voted Ottawa’s favourite Personal Trainer by Faces Magazine. Chris is an active member of the Canadian Powerlifting Union community as a national level referee, meet director, coach and Team Canada athlete. He is also the creator and host of the Project Fitness Podcast, interviewing and discussing current issues with experts in the field of health and fitness.
Flexibility and Soft Tissue Specialist with the NY Jets, Gail works with NBA, NHL, and college athletes to enhance performance. She holds certifications in NASM, AFAA, Fascial Stretch Therapy Level 3, YogaFit (500 hrs), and STOTT PILATES® Mat 1 & 2. As an NASM and AFAA Continuing Education Provider, Gail shares her expertise with athletes, staff, and classes, continually elevating standards in flexibility and soft tissue training.
Hossein Khamsei holds multiple certifications, including a BSc Kinesiology degree and Personal Training Specialist (PTS). After multiple failed ACL reconstructions ended his professional soccer career in Spain, he faced severe depression and obesity. Through determination, he transformed his life by earning his PT certification, reducing body fat, and gaining significant muscle. Hossein went on to serve as Head Coach and Regional Fitness Director for Orangetheory in Ontario’s Golden Horseshoe for several years before co-founding Telomere Fitness, Canada’s first nourishment-based longevity training facility. His unique approach to fitness and longevity blends science, nutrition, and personal resilience to help others achieve lasting health

Kashif Khan is a best selling author of THE DNA WAY, celebrity longevity coach, Founder of The DNA Company and 2 times Tedx speaker. Kashif is a pioneer is driving the functional approach to genomic interpretation overlaying environment, nutrition, and lifestyle on the genetic blueprint to create personalized longevity plans.
Growing up in Vancouver, Canada in an immigrant household, Kashif developed an industrious entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. Prior to his tenure at the DNA Company, Kashif advised a number of high-growth start-ups in a variety of industries including luxury retail, technology, finance, fine arts, healthcare, tourism and real estate. He participated in over $300 million in revenue in his own retail business prior to launching consulting services to help others thrive.
As Kashif dove into the field of functional genomics, it was revealed that his neural wiring was actually genetically designed to be entrepreneurial. However, his genes also revealed a particular sensitivity to pollutants, identifying the root cause of his faltering health. This inspired Kashif to rid himself of 5 chronic diseases and eventually build a global brand to help 1000s of other people.
Kelly is an International fitness educator and a Zumba® Education Specialist (ZES) since 2009.  She holds degrees in Exercise and Sports Science (Health and Physical Education) and a Master’s degree in Sport Administration.  Her passion, enthusiasm, and experience is for fitness/ dance for people of all ages. Kelly specializes in many of the Zumba Fitness programs and has presented in over 36 countries.  She is in several Zumba DVD’s, including being featured in the Aqua Zumba Vol. 6.  Kelly holds a variety of certifications in many areas of fitness, and is a continuing education provider for AEA, AAAI/ISMA, AFAA & ACE.
Dr. LoĂŻse Perruchoud, PhD, is a neuroscientist, personal trainer, and expert in active aging for individuals over 50, with a background in dancing and DJing. With a decade of teaching at UofT, Dr. LoĂŻse integrates exercise with cognitive health at Neuromotion Wellness, where her programs focus on strength training, cardiovascular health, balance, and brain health. Her science-driven approach empowers older adults to maintain independence and well-being through movement, creativity and resilience.
PK Mills is a wellness coach who has been at the forefront of health and performance optimization for nearly 25 years. As a certified Master Nutrition Coach, former All-Canadian in track and field, and a bronze medalist at the 2018 World Powerlifting Championships, PK combines evidence-based insights with hands-on expertise to empower individuals and organizations to take charge of their health. He is a passionate and engaging speaker on topics of longevity, nutrition and mindfulness.
