We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. Responsibilities:
– Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients’ goals and fitness levels
– Develop customized workout plans based on clients’ individual needs and preferences
– Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
– Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals
– Monitor clients’ progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
– Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide dietary recommendations
– Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
– Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Experience:
– Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Frenchify
– Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
– Strong time management skills to effectively schedule client sessions
– Leadership skills to motivate and inspire clients
