Position Overview:
As an Off-Ice Hockey Coach at NTCHockey, you will play a key role in developing players ages 4 and up. You will lead off-ice training sessions to improve speed, strength, agility, and hockey-specific skills. This position is ideal for individuals who are students of the game and the training environment, eager to bring out the best in young athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement off-ice training programs that develop hockey-specific strength, speed, agility, and endurance.
Work with athletes of all ages, ensuring sessions are engaging, effective, and aligned with their skill levels.
Teach and reinforce proper mechanics, technique, and mindset for athletic performance.
Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to athletes to help them grow on and off the ice.
Maintain a positive, professional, and high-energy training environment.
Collaborate with other NTCHockey coaches to ensure consistency in training philosophy and methodology.

Qualifications & Requirements:
A deep understanding of the game of hockey and a passion for player development.
Experience coaching or training athletes, preferably in hockey-specific development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with players of all ages.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to NTCHockey’s mission and vision.
Certification in strength & conditioning, kinesiology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
