Experienced certified personal trainer needed to work with small groups of members or one on one.  Weekdays 6am and possibly other evening session times. Trainer must be able to provide modifications to exercises for members that need it. Trainer must be punctual, reliable, personable, creative, able to work with little to no supervision and be an overall team player.

 

Develop individual or group class programs in accordance with individual and group needs, goals and preferences
Follow correct personal training techniques and provide modifications to exercises as needed

Skills & Competencies:

High level of integrity
High level of group training knowledge and proper exercise techniques
Positive, confident and energetic personality
Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak to groups in an engaging manner
Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi task and train both online members (via Zoom) as well as in-person members
The ability to create a fun, challenging and results oriented atmosphere for large groups
Willingness to learn and develop skill set
Strong ability to listen
Able to support our mission of helping people lead healthier lives while incorporating our fitness programs into their lifestyle
Successfully retain clients and renew their packages at time of renewal

Education and Insurance Required:

CPTN, Can Fit Pro or equivalent Certification
Proof of liability insurance coverage (most certifying bodies offer 2 million)
Current First Aid and CPR Certification

*MUST HAVE PRIOR TRAINING EXPERIENCE & LIVE WITHIN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO STUDIO
***WILLING TO WORK 6AM SHIFTS
