I fell in love with fitness when I realized how good exercise can make you feel. I encourage all my participants to respect their bodies and honour them where there are at any given day. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry I have worked in many different sectors including not-for profit, military and private, which means I can offer some great insight to new instructors trying to carve out their own path. My journey in the fitness world has most recently brought me to studio ownership, where I encourage others to move their body to make themselves feel good. I have a passion for life long learning, and love to mentor new instructors and watch them blossom into capable, and caring leaders. Making exercise accessible to all bodies is where I shine. Learning how to progress and regress exercises to accommodate your participants is what will keep them coming back for more.
