As a personal trainer, fitness manager, and PRO TRAINER, my goal is to empower everyone I work with to move their body with confidence and improve their quality of life. There’s more to personal training than choosing exercises and counting reps, and I want to help you build a practice with your clients that’s both successful and meaningful.
For more than a decade I’ve coached group fitness, trained clients one-on-one, and managed personal training teams. I specialize in postpartum fitness, and strength training for general population. Personally, I have done powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and love to push myself in new challenging ways.
I teach the PTS course in a team with Nsuani Baffoe and Kaylee Miller – let’s get people strong, one squat at a time!
