I have been both a FIS PRO TRAINER and group fitness instructor for several years. The knowledge I’ve gained from both fitness roles have motivated me to want to share this kind of information with my students. Not only have they learned from my teachings about the theory, application, and practical components of group fitness, but they’ve also moved on to becoming successful group fitness instructors themselves. I have a passion for helping others create safe,creative, and logical movement sequences when designing their own fitness classes. One of my strengths is the approach I take, when teaching instructor candidates how to combine music, movement, and cueing for a group fitness class. I am currently a certified canfitpro Group Fitness Instructor as well as a Yoga Certified Teacher.
