Jennifer Sawyer

Jen is a positive and energetic coach who is passionate about health, fitness and well-being. She is proud of the strong team that she has compiled and leads at North End Fitness and Training in Port Perry, Ontario, Canada. As a certified Fitness Instructor Specialist, Personal Trainer Specialist and Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coach, she is eager and motivated to help her community to succeed. She has one goal for her clients – to move daily and to be kind to themselves. Jen strongly believes that your fitness success begins with goal setting and building a positive mindset. She has been instructing dance and fitness classes with canfitpro for over 20 years and discovered her love of group fitness while teaching at the student gym at Queen’s University. Ever since, she has continued to instruct hundreds of individuals from pre-teens to post-partum Moms, seniors, elite athletes and everyone in between. Jen loves to share her passion and love of group fitness with all of her FIS students, both online and in person.
