As a certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Personal Trainer, I coach and conduct classes enthusiastically and energetically with a professional yet personable approach. I encourage my participants/clients to challenge themselves with incremental efforts to achieve their fitness goals. For 7+ years, I have concurrently worked as a fitness professional at private, boutique clubs and franchise gym locations. Drawing on my extensive background in the television and music industries, I have applied all my cumulative knowledge in listening to and understanding the needs of my clientele as well as finding creative approaches to individualize their workouts.
