Active in the industry for over 26 years in small gyms, not for profit facilities and large corporate owned facilities. I have been a PRO TRAINER for the 8 years and love everything about being one. I decided to become a PRO TRAINER, as I wanted to share my passion and experience for the fitness industry with others and help them start or enhance their careers in Fitness. When you love what you do you never work a day in your life and there are no other words so true for me.
I love creating MAGIC in the studio/gym floor when teaching and seeing the light bulb go on when new instructors get the musicality side of teaching makes the work so worth it.
Fitness has a power that so many people have never experienced, and I can’t wait to show someone else the way.
