Rick Kaye has been in the fitness and coaching industry for over 20 years. He became a personal trainer with canfitpro to expand on his expertise as a karate and self-defense instructor, and to be able to positively impact the lives of more people outside of the martial arts community. As a Healthy Eating and Weight Loss coach, he takes a holistic approach with his clients.As a personal trainer, he has a passion for building authentic relationships and helping his clients achieve their goals, and as a PRO TRAINER educator, he strives to be a good mentor for his students and to guide them along their path to become the best they can be. Combining his theoretical knowledge from his Master’s degree in education from the University of Toronto and a certificate in Adult Education from the Canadian College of Educators, with his two decades of coaching experience, he brings a unique perspective, empathy, and positive energy to everyone he works with.
