Ror is a world travelled fitness, and healthy living coach. Beginning his journey into health and fitness at around 21 years old to lose a bit of weight, his love of training, health and movement has literally taken him around the world and back.
After attending McMaster University for health sciences, then moving to Vancouver, Canada, Ror became bored and disillusioned with our limited view of health & fitness, and lifestyle. This sent him on a multi year (and still continuing) journey traveling and experiencing Asia and India, their traditions, foods, religions, and cultures.
Ror learned a great deal about many traditional wellness practices including meditation, biohacking, yoga, ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, and even feng shui and Indian vastu.
However with his extensive background in western exercise science, he has also had the chance to work with a number of elite world class MMA and cage/ring combat champions, Olympians and Hollywood actors all over the world.

Ror is also the founder of thrive Fitness Academy, and creator of the CEC courses METCON, FITE: Fitness Kickboxing Coach Level 1 & 2, and PCSS: Performance Strength Conditioning Specialist.
