As a recently retired teacher and Curriculum Coordinator, I now get to do my “fun job” every day. I’ve been a Group Fitness Instructor for over thirty years; starting at a small club, Work That Body in Georgetown, ON, then moving on to Movati Athletics and Goodlife Fitness in London, ON and now at Goodlife Fitness in Woodstock, ON and Movati Athletics in Brantford, ON. I am certified in:

  • Les Mills BodyPump, RPM, Tone, Core and BodyStep,
  • Soul Body Barre, LIIT, and Power and Recovery,
  • Pound, and
  • Movati Speed and Power, Rhythm and Beats, Aqua Fitness, Barre Physique, and Active Agers.

I am committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals of all fitness levels, ages, and abilities in my classes. I love getting to know, connecting with members and participating in their fitness journey.

Recently, I became a certified Personal Trainer, allowing me to work one-on-one with clients to reach their fitness goals. This has brought me another level of satisfaction

As a CanFit Pro FIS Pro Trainer, I am excited to share my love of Group Fitness with new instructors. I have a lot to share and look forward to the opportunity to pass it on through fun and educational coursework and mentorship.
