I am an experienced canfitpro CPR & AED PRO TRAINER and have taught hundreds of First Aid, CPR, and BLS classes. I enjoy teaching and empowering my students with the necessary lifesaving skills and knowledge. My goal is to increase each student’s confidence after they have left my class. I have an academic background in Kinesiology through my undergraduate and graduate University studies and am interested in clinical exercise physiology. In my spare time I enjoy being physically active, reading a good book, and spending quality time with family and friends.
