Be prepared to geek out hard on anatomy and mobility! And be ready to move. We are going to learn by doing as often as possible. Not only is it my pleasure to help participants get their start in the industry, I believe it’s my duty to be a resource for my PTS participants during and after the course. My love of teaching led to the honour of winning the Participants Choice Award in 2019 and in my 10 years as a personal trainer I have worked with clients of varying backgrounds. My passion for learning fuels my passion for teaching so I make it a priority to upgrade my education and hang out with different trainers to improve my own skills. If you love to nerd out on all things fitness I think we’ll get along great!
