Slow Down. Not as easy as it sounds physically or mentally, but Yin may be the key. Learn the principles behind Yin, and how Yin differs from our other yoga practices. We will explore some of the physical benefits of Yin such as increased range of motion or increased circulation. We will also explore the emotional or mental benefits such as enhancing mindfulness or stress release. We will look at why Yin can be the perfect practice to balance out all of the other activities in our life. Join this candlelight class in the hopes of slowing down.
