Job Overview 

This role is responsible for coordinating the development project for certification and continuing education courses. This role participates in the research and development, contributor recruitment, project timelines, and stakeholder meetings.  This role collaborates with both internal and external customers to achieve support and resources to launch new or revision projects. 

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates the full development plan and strategy for new and revision projects to meet project timelines and get the program or courses to the market. 

  • Conducts market research to develop recommendations for the project. 
  • Creates a project plan inclusive of timelines, milestones, and contributors for leadership review and approvals. 
  • Recruits and hires authors, content contributors, and editors to produce research and write for programs and courses. 
  • Gathers bids from identified partners and vendors to participate in the project based on objectives and targets. 
  • Coordinates meetings and the gathering of contributors and subject matter experts to create a quality product with supporting resources including exam and study materials

Supports the training and upskilling of course administers, specifically PRO TRAINERS to deliver the course or program with the intended objectives and outcomes. 

  • Collaborates to create communications to PRO TRAINERS and key partners about the program timelines, features, changes, and delivery materials. 
  • Assist with the upskilling of PRO TRAINERS contracted to teach revised and updated programs for quality assurance. 
  • Provides resources to support product knowledge and awareness to share with PRO TRAINERS, partners, and associates.  
  • Monitors the course and exam completion rate to achieve the predetermined successful completion targets. 
  • Reviews participant feedback and provides tracking and reporting of customer satisfaction for opportunities to enhance programs or courses.

Contacts: Authors, Content Writers, Suppliers, Vendors, and Partners 

Purpose of Communication: Creating the vision of the product and ensuring timelines are met, work is accurate, and the best product is created.  Negotiating some terms of agreements for outside vendors. 



Minimum Required:  

  • Post-Secondary Diploma or Equivalent 


  • Project Management Certification

Working Conditions 

  • Occasional travel may be required (outside of the regular commute).
  • Exposure to people who are impatient, angry, or unpredictable.
  • Continuous screen time demanding audio and visual attention on a daily and ongoing basis.
  • Continuous sitting, use of computer, keyboard, and phone .

Compensation: $42,000.00 – $62,000.00
