This role is responsible for providing first level IT technical support and resolution of incidents and service requests for end-users. The role is also responsible for the creation, maintenance and/or participation of knowledge base articles and/or documentation for Service Desk use. Deployment support for end-user devices to ensure stability and security is another responsibility of the role.
As canfitpro’s Marketing & Communications Manager, the incumbent is responsible for leading all of canfitpro’s marketing efforts, including brand vision and overall marketing strategy. You will develop and oversee the day-to-day management of communication and marketing projects and ensure that they are completed successfully. Your primary role is to increase the sales of all canfitpro products and services through social media, website, email, SEO, programmatic ads, and other emerging marketing conduits. This role will include the planning, directing, and coordinating of marketing strategies with the management team within the context of canfitpro’s purpose, mission, and vision.
This position will provide excellent service experience and guidance to canfitpro’s members and contact network through inbound and outbound sales and education. The successful candidate will sell, educate and service inbound and outbound contacts by phone, email, fax and data processing.
