Min took her first group fitness class in 2003 and she was hooked. Ming received her first certification in Les Mills programming in 2007. She has since become certified in BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP, Les Mills GRIT, Les Mills TONE, BODYSTEP and BODYATTACK. In addition to those certifications, she has taken numerous Advanced Instructor Modules (Level 1 & 2) and continues to grow her knowledge year over year.
