Learn the What and Why behind functional training and Who it’s good for, and When and How to apply it with specific clients and athletes. Develop skills to properly coach and cue the 7 primal (functional) movements- Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull, Plank, Twist- and learn different mobility and stability exercises that will complement and improve these movements. This hands-on session will give you the opportunity to experience the movements done correctly and provide you with information and knowledge to apply immediately to yourself and current / future clients.
